This was an amazing idea for a very cool game, I loved every single bit of it. I would be cool to see this become a fully developed game.
The cover is interesting and so is the animation. As for the gameplay, the initial combat is rather simple and engaging. I feel like there's a dominant strategy for fighting the boss in level 3 but I can't for the life of me figure it out. As for the relation to the theme, I suppose it's something like connecting your sword with someone else's face lol.
For the theme, you disconnect and connect to your shadow. :)
Thank you for the feedback! Also, for the 3rd level boss, when he does the shadow attack, you need to hit him 3 times in slowmo before he reaches you. If you still get stuck, you can always watch the video linked from the game page, since I played against the boss there.
This is absolutely amazing,super fun and nice mechanics,really enjoyed the game but it was kinda hard
